We provide loving care to your children all year round

Cherubs Kindergarten Childcare
About
Thank you for considering Cherubs as part of your child’s early years journey. We understand that choosing a nursery is one of the most important decisions a family can make, and we are proud to offer a nurturing, stimulating, and inspiring environment where children can flourish.
Our experienced and dedicated team holds a wide range of qualifications, including Montessori, Forest School, Qualified Teacher Status, Early Years Teaching Degree, Special Educational Needs, Makaton, Portage, and Early Years Childcare and Education qualifications. We are passionate about continuous professional development and firmly believe that the early years lay the foundations for a lifetime of learning, confidence, and wellbeing. All staff and students hold enhanced DBS certificates, and we are regularly inspected by Ofsted.
At Cherubs, we provide a rich and varied learning environment designed to support every child in reaching their full potential before they move on to school. Our carefully planned curriculum combines purposeful learning with the joy of play, helping children develop confidence, independence, resilience, and a lifelong love of learning.
One of the things that makes Cherubs particularly special is our large outdoor learning environment, where children have daily opportunities to explore, discover, and connect with nature. We are passionate about outdoor learning and run regular Forest School sessions, encouraging children to take managed risks, solve problems, build confidence, and develop a deep appreciation for the natural world.
Adding to the magic of our outdoor space, we are fortunate to have our own friendly goats, who live in a dedicated enclosure within our grounds. Caring for and observing the goats provides wonderful opportunities for children to learn about responsibility, empathy, animal welfare, and the world around them.
We believe children learn best when they feel safe, valued, and happy. Our child-centred approach ensures that every child is supported as an individual, with opportunities to follow their interests, develop their strengths, and build the skills they need for future success. Through meaningful experiences and the development of cultural capital, we empower children to become confident, capable, and curious learners.
Above all, the happiness and wellbeing of our children are at the heart of everything we do. We strive to create a warm, caring, and homely atmosphere where children feel secure enough to explore, create, make friends, and most importantly, enjoy being children.
We would be delighted to welcome your family to Cherubs Kindergarten and invite you to experience our nurturing environment for yourself.
We look forward to welcoming you to the Cherubs family.
